Terms and Conditions

Timeline and Scope of Work

I will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.The final commissioned piece will be accomplished within 1-2 weeks.

Payment

50% down payment is required before sketching, and 50% after completion.Refunds of the commissioned pieces will not be granted.Payments are accepted through GCash (Local) and PayPal (International)

Revisions

Only three (3) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.Succeeding revisions will be subject to charges.Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.

Copyright and Reproduction

The Artist reserves the right to:

Include the commissioned piece in portfolios, online profiles, commission sheets, etc.Reproduce the piece (depending on the type of commission) for merchandise such as prints, key chains, etc.Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.

The commissioner and other parties may not:

Include the commissioned piece in their online pages without proper credits to the artist.Include the commissioned piece in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.Reproduce the piece for merchandise without an agreement or contract.Modify, edit, and re-purpose the commissioned piece.Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
